Moisés Moreira
Engineer and manager with over 30 years of experience in the administration of private companies and public roles at the Federal administration, the State of São Paulo, and the municipality of São Paulo.
Between 2017 and 2018, he held the National Secretary of Broadcasting position at the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation, and Communications (MCTIC).
From 2018 to 2023, he served as the Board Director of the National Agency of Telecommunications (ANATEL), holding the position of vice president between 2022 and 2023. At the Agency, he played a crucial role in coordinating projects to modernize and increase the efficiency of telecommunications services. His responsibilities included leading the spectrum auction for implementing 5G technology in Brazil, digitizing and redistributing TV channels, cybersecurity regulations, combating spectrum and cable television piracy, and rules for pole sharing in collaboration with the National Agency of Electric Energy (ANEEL).
Moisés has also served as the president of the Monitoring Group for the Implementation of Solutions to Interference Problems in the 3,625 to 3,700 MHz range (GAISPI), which facilitated the implementation of 5G technology in the 3.5GHz band in the country. He was the president of the Telecommunications Infrastructure Committee (C-INT), and the president of the Implementation Group for the Redistribution and Digitization Process of TV and RTV Channels (GIRED).
